When all conditions of final design approval are to be met, the owner and general contractor have twelve months to initiate construction. Clear Creek Tahoe Design Review will assist General Contractors throughout the duration of construction including pre-construction, on-going site observation, final observation and certificate of compliance.

Construction Process Overview
Prior to construction, Nevada Licensed General Contractors are to
Attend Contractor Orientation
Submit Construction Documentation including Insurance Certificates, Permits, Schedules and Contract Forms
Pay $7,500 Construction Oversight Fee
Pay $10,000 Compliance Deposit
Complete Survey and Site Requirements
Schedule a Pre-Construction Meeting with Design Review

Contractor Orientation
Prior to new construction beginning, all new and returning General Contractors and Lead Crew Members are invited to attend a Contractor Orientation. Here we will review each phase of construction, best practices and how to be successful from foundation to finish.

Contractors must ensure their subcontractors and suppliers follow all posted speed limits, traffic rules and parking regulations. Once submitted, individual passes will be issued at the Clear Creek Tahoe Gate House. For group pickups, email Security@ccthoa.org
