Clear Creek Tahoe gatehouse provides 24 hour security, controlled access to the community, ensuring peace of mind for residents and guests. With trained security officers and automated systems, we monitor entry points, manage visitor access, and offer support for deliveries and emergency coordination.

Display parking pass in a visible area

Observe speed limits and traffic regulations

Park all four tires on paved areas, parking off shoulder is not permitted

Park on single side of road to allow safe passage for vehicles and emergency access

Never park in front of a fire hydrant, stop sign or driveway

No overnight parking on roads

No parking a motorized vehicle outside of designated parking areas

Vehicles and equipment should be in good working condition

During snow removal, specific parking regulations apply

Register for construction parking pass

Winter

Construction site snow removal vehicles permitted access Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM

Residential snow removal personnel and vehicles are permitted access at anytime for snow removal

Anticipate delayed or denied access to community per weather and road conditions

Park on designated side of road indicated on winter parking map or as directed by Clear Creek Tahoe Security

No parking in cul-de-sac during winter storms

Be aware of temporary detours during snow clearing, including one way access or street closures
